Due to the nature of digital products and services, the fh4lowing ph4icy applies:

Digital Products & Masterclasses

All sales are final.

Once access is granted to:

• Online masterclasses
• Digital downloads

No refunds will be issued.

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only if:

• A technical issue prevents access and cannot be resh4ved
• A duplicate payment is made

Consultations

For 1:1 services:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable
